Refund Policy
For products ordered online through the website and where indicated there is “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. The 30 day period begins from the day you ordered the product. The product must be received back before the 30 day period is over.
Products must be returned in like new condition and Small Biz Web Systems reserves the right to deduct additional cost to replace product or bring product to new condition should it not be returned in saleable condition. Product must arrive at 6102 Premiere Ave, Lakewood, CA 90712within 30 days from the date of the order date of the product in order to qualify for the return.
Recurring Programs & Continuity Programs Refund Policy
Certain products offered by Small Biz Websites provide the purchaser with a free 30 day trial. The purchaser has 30 days to cancel this free trial.
Should the client request cancellation after their 30 day trial has occurred dated from the day the date of their purchase no refund can be granted however they will receive an additional 30 days of access at no charge to the client.

Recurring coaching/service products that do not contain a free trial membership are on a 30 day membership. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to cancel their membership prior to the next billing period. Each billing period is 30 days in length. Failure to cancel 2 business days prior to billing will automatically enroll in the individual/company/or participant in another 30 days of coaching. Cancellation can be submitted online.
